Welcome! Thank you for visiting us here at the official web home of the Layne Beachley Aim For The Stars Foundation. This site has all the information you could possibly need about me and this amazing foundation. By stamping my name in the history books and securing 7 world surfing titles, I have been able to inspire and motivate women across Australia to "Dare to Dream, Pursue their Passion and Aspire to Achieve".
Sometimes it is all too easy to fall victim to complacency, settle for mediocrity and remain in a comfort zone.
To dream takes courage. To want to set yourself apart from the masses by allowing yourself to set a goal, no matter how unrealistic it may seem.

Then BELIEVE that one day that dream will transform into reality. Pursuing a passion requires commitment. Commitment to yourself, the effort required to remain true and focussed on your goal.

| 2010 Grant Recipients AnnouncedWe were thrilled to receive over 340 applications from very talented females around the country. The standard of applicants this year was extremely high and once again our Board of Directors was faced with a very tough decision. The Foundation is extremely proud and excited to introduce our successful grant recipients for 2010:
