Nerida is in her fourth year of a Bachelor of Medicine Degree working toward her goal of becoming a trauma and reconstructive surgeon specialising in paediatric craniofacial surgery. Nerida was recently accepted as an elective student for a four week course at Oxford University in the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery which will provide her with an opportunity to visit the world’s leading research institute on refugee studies.
