Casey’s dream is to continue Australia’s success in hockey by representing her country at the Olympics. At just fifteen years Casey is already a member of the New South Wales under 16, under 18 and under 21 State teams as well as being selected in the under 18 Australian Hockey squad. A quietly tough competitor, hockey great Brenda Baker says, “she has unlimited potential, I see Casey playing for Australia”. This grant will assist Casey in her climb to the top of the Hockey world.

CAREER HIGHLIGHT AND BIGGEST ACHIEVMENT?
- Career highlights would be Winning National U15 and U18 Australian Championships and Being Captain and Co-Captain of these teams
- Player of the tournament at U18 Nationals 2005
- Surfing at Manly beach with Layne would also be right up there
- Biggest achievement is being picked in Australian U 21 Team to play in the Junior World Cup in Chile in September 2005
WHAT IS YOUR DREAM?
To go one step further and make the Hockeyroos team for either Beijing or the London Olympics.
WHO OR WHAT HAVE INSPIRED YOU?
Any person sporting or otherwise who has had a dream and as difficult as it may seem at times has managed to achieve their dream with a lot of hard work, determination and heart. Layne is a great example of someone beating adversity and working your butt off to achieve your dreams and is prepared to assist others in their field of endeavour.

Maybe Argentinean Luciana Amar. Currently ranked best hockey player in the world.
Jamie Dwyer. Aussie's best male hockey player in the world.
